Products & Services
We manufacture and supply tempered flat glass, shower doors, mirrors, custom-cut glass, and related hardware for use in construction and design projects. All orders are custom and may be subject to production timelines and material availability.

Pricing & Quotes
All prices are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Order Fulfillment & Lead Time
Due to the custom nature of our products, lead times will vary depending on specifications and volume. Estimated completion dates will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Returns & Cancellations
Because each glass product is made to order, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has begun. If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us within 24 hours of confirmation.

Liability
We are not liable for installation errors, misuse of our products, or damage incurred after delivery. Please inspect all orders upon receipt and notify us within 3 business days of any issues.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has begun. We do not offer refunds on custom glass orders, including but not limited to tempered flat glass, shower doors, mirrors, and any custom-cut or polished pieces.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order will be considered confirmed and may proceed into production, at which point it is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
All products are inspected prior to delivery or pickup. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If there is any damage or a discrepancy in size or type:

Notify us within 3 business days of delivery or pickup.
Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.

If the issue is determined to be a result of a manufacturing or handling error on our end, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on any of the following:

Custom-fabricated glass or mirrors
Installed items
Hardware that has been opened or used
